How the system works ...
When one registers (via 'Register' link at the top), the profile is sent to the editor for approval. When it is reviewed an email notification of the outcome will be sent, and if accepted a profile summary is listed on 'Profiles' page along with a link to view a full profile. This full profile displays all information except the private fields (name and contact details).

If a profile interests you and you would like to obtain name and contact details, then request an introduction via the 'Contact' form (quoting 'Reference' numbers of you and the person you are interested in getting to know).
